OC of mine : Wales (Hetalia)

My OC of Wales for Hetalia. Quite hard to draw something like this, aaaah.

Personal information of Hayden Kirkland a.k.a Wales(Cymru)

Wales is the third oldest after Scotland in UK&Ireland (Ireland is the oldest).
He also has bushy brows like England, so does his other UK&Ireland bros.
Mature than Ireland, but at times he would be a spoiled child just like N.Ireland.
Is a better cook than England.
His face may shows like he doesn't interested in anything. He do actually, it's just that it's hard to tell because of his expression.
He loved to laze around, anytime, anywhere.
He could do magic and spells but not as great like in his old days.

That's all i guess. I have nothing to say about le history since I don't really read much about Wales. More importantly, i don't want to create false information about it. I might be killed, ya know?

So if you guys could give good and simple informations about Kingdom of Wales, that would be helpful.
